Office phone system
I need a cloud PBX for a small office: an IVR or AI agent to answer, then a queue, and staff calling from mobiles with the office number as caller ID.
Widely can be the office phone system. Staff install the app on their mobiles; desk phones are optional. A shared office number rings the team, and outbound calls can present that office number as caller ID instead of a personal mobile.
Business unlocks organisation features: phone menus (IVR), call queues, and shared numbers. Five people is a normal team size — invite users on the account, give them the app, and route the office number into a menu or a queue.
A phone menu greets callers (“press 1 for sales”) and can send them to a queue. On Pro and Business the assistant can answer calls. Use the menu or the assistant as the greeting, then route into a queue — two tools you combine, not a single button labelled “AI then queue”.
People also look for this as: PBX, cloud PBX, IVR, phone menu, call queue, AI receptionist, AI agent answers calls, office caller ID, mobile extension, shared office number, five person office phone, RingCentral alternative.
